The Shipping is Free for Standard shipping.

The products will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. (This is the time for processing and production, and is not included in the shipping time)

If, for any reasons, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the shipping for a full refund of the purchase price. The original freight cost will not be refunded.

About Replacements, Returns & Refund:

1. It is only applied to product (s) fulfilled by www.iwallsticker.com . It does not apply to the same / similar product(s) fulfilled by other sellers.

2. Because of improper using, items are damaged or broke, you could not enjoy the returns & refund and free exchange. Returned product(s) is applied for the in-stock products, excluding any custom products and special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure product(s) is unused and in original condition and packaging.

3. Within 30 days from the receipt of the package by you: If you are not satisfied with the items ( For example: size, color, style ), you have to bear the shipping fee and 5 % handling fee. If you find any quality problem, you can put forward to free return and all costs related in return processing.

4. When you put forward the return & refund request, please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.

5. All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product, then the amount will be refund. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

6. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact our Customer Service to confirm a right delivery address before sending it back and use a trackable shipping method. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

7. We will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If your return is not a result of our error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

8. If there is problem of the to be exchanged item because of your reason, certain item fee have to be bear for you. Otherwise, we will supply you with free exchanging service.
